TechnoFex Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Senior Angular Developer with strong team leadership and architecture design experience to join our in-house product development team. You’ll be responsible for guiding a team of developers, enhancing front-end architecture, writing clean and scalable code, and ensuring high-quality standards through effective team management and code review practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a frontend team of 4–5 developers in day-to-day development, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
  • Build and maintain advanced web applications using Angular 16/17/18, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
  • Develop and manage custom Angular libraries and reusable UI components for internal projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, design, QA) to ensure smooth API integrations and UI consistency.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
  • Manage and participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and technical discussions.
  • Conduct unit testing using Jasmine, ensuring code coverage and quality standards.
  • Occasionally interact with clients for technical clarifications, progress updates, and demos.
  • Drive adoption of coding best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Angular (with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity).
  • Proven experience in component-based and modular architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building custom Angular libraries or shared UI modules.
  • Strong understanding of REST API integration, HTML5, SCSS, and responsive UI design.
  • Proficient in unit testing using Jasmine and maintaining testable architecture.
  • Knowledge of Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and code versioning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with micro-frontend or monorepo architectures.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Basic understanding of backend concepts (Node.js, NestJS, or .NET).
