Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with resolving technical issues efficiently. You will provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document reported issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Assist with onboarding and setup for new customers.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
  • 1+ years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
