Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document reported issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Assist with onboarding and setup for new customers.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- 1+ years of technical support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
